Bungalow FAQs

Do I have to arrive at the exact time that my reservation starts?

Nope! You can arrive anytime during your reservation window. Just keep in mind, the member who booked must be the first to check in. The earlier you arrive, the more good vibes you get to enjoy!

How should I prepare for my reservation?

We recommend creating a guest list ahead of time and either emailing it to us or bringing it with you when you arrive, it makes check-in super easy! If a list feels like too much, no worries...just set a “password” and share it with your guests so they can give it to Admissions when they arrive. Easy and breezy!

What should I / my guests bring?

  • A valid government-issued ID (required for all guests & no exceptions or refunds without one)
  • An empty reusable water bottle (no outside food or drinks allowed)
  • Towels (we provide floats, but not towels!)
  • Sunscreen & chapstick 
  • Shoes for walking around...the turf can get hot!

Can I stay in the venue before/after my reservation?

Yes! If you have a half-day reservation, you’re welcome to enjoy the venue all day! Your Bungalow is reserved for your scheduled time, but we have plenty of first-come, first-served seating and free cubbies for your belongings.

Can I decorate my reservation space?

Yes, we love a festive setup! Just please leave confetti at home (it gets stuck in our filters and turf), and keep decorations PG-13.

Our reservation says no outside food or drink. Can I bring in cake/cupcakes?

Yes! We’re all about celebrating ! If you have a reservation, you’re welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, cookies, or a cookie cake.

I want more than 15 people in my Bungalow, what can I do?

We can’t guarantee space, but we’ll always try to help! Please submit your request through the reservation manager at least 48 hours in advance for approval.

Can guests get there before/after the member who booked?

No! The member must check in first before guests can enter. After that, guests are free to arrive whenever!

What should my guests do when they arrive?

Have them let Admissions know they’re part of a Bungalow reservation, and we’ll take it from there!

If someone leaves that was in my Bungalow, can someone else take their spot?

Yes! Just have the departing guest stop by Admissions to have their wristband removed. Once that’s done, another guest can enter in their place...simple and stress-free!
