Membership at the coolest members-only pool allows you to minimize stress and be joyfully restored by floating our lazy-river, indulging in our poolside drinks and pizza, booking a surf sesh, and reserving VIP seating with your closest friends or family!

If you are a Harbor or Barracks Townhomes Resident, you automatically receive membership to The Cove! Residents will receive an email the week of March 26th confirming membership status. If you do not get an email by March 26th, please contact us directly at members@bearx.com. If you live in a Barracks Townhome not managed by Arena Group, the owner is responsible for annually submitting tenants.

DO YOU QUALIFY FOR a MEMBERSHIP?

1. YOU MUST BE 18 years AND older

2. You must be a resident of the Brazos County

We accept government issued photo ID, student ID or a utility bills as proof of residency. Please keep an eye out for a confirmation email with instructions for how to submit these documents after purchasing your membership. This is required to activate your membership!

This Season Membership is a one-time payment that gives you access for the entire season. Simple, easy, and stress-free...just sign up and enjoy.

Cost: One time payment of $350 at sign up.

Cost is pro-rated at the first of each month

Expires at the end of the 2026 season.

Available beginning March 16

Want to enjoy the season but prefer to spread out the cost? This option lets you ride the good vibes all summer with monthly payments.

This Season Membership automatically charges monthly and runs for the entire season. No cancellations, just consistent summer fun!

Cost: $85 per month, charged automatically.

Payment will be charged at the first of each month.

Membership cannot be canceled. Expires at the end of the 2026 season.

Available beginning March 16

Perfect for couples who love the Cove but don’t always come together. Come solo or together... either way, the vibes are covered!

This Season Membership allows spouses to share access for the entire season with one upfront payment. Requires proof of spousal relationship.

Cost: One-time payment of $500 at sign-up.

Cost is pro-rated at the first of each month
Two free total guests per visit
Included one weekend Bungalow discount

Membership requires proof of spousal relationship. Expires at the end of the 2026 season.
