The Cove in Bryan/College Station, TX, is the coolest members-only pool created to minimize stress and be a place of joyful restoration for local Brazos County residents. 

If you have previously held a membership, you can renew/activate it easily when we send out an email to previous members with steps as summer approaches (check that spam). This email will have instructions for how members can renew or activate their membership for the coming season. Memberships grant you + 2 guests free access to The Cove any time during operation hours with the ability to drink while you float, book a surf sesh, reserve a bungalow, etc. 

If you live at The Harbor or The Barracks (owners included), you automatically have a special access membership built into your lease and will recieve an email as well if your unit is managed by Arena Group. For residents who live in a unit not managed by Arena group, please ask your landlord or management company to contact us so that we can verify your residency and get you added to our system. Here is a breakdown… Anyone 18+ residing in Brazos County is welcome to inquire about becoming a member by filling out this form. If you have any questions about memberships, please email members@bearx.com!

It's almost time for members and their guests to pull out the swimmies & sunnies, and we will see ya soon! Members are encouraged to check our website or the members’ Instagram page for announcements and updates on opening and hours we will be open! 

Follow our member Instagram to stay in the loop on operational changes throughout the season. We will post an announcement if we are forced to close due to weather!

Each member may bring up to 7 guests when they visit the Cove. Two guests may enter for free (as included in the membership). Upon arrival, the other 5 guests must purchase a guest pass at the admissions counter. Guest pass cost is Thurs & Fri $10 / person & Sat & Sun $20 / person.

As a member, you can ask our Admissions Concierge to add people to your guest list for entry. As your guests arrive, they can simply let the front desk know that they are a guest on your list. Easy!

You have more than 7 friends? Props to you! They are visiting from out of town? No problem! Another option is to book a Bungalow through your membership if you want to bring up to 14 of your closest friends. Admission for you and your guests are included in the cost of the Bungalow.  

We have a sweet lazy river with floats, VIP seating, yard games, a dope Pizza Bar, a surf machine, a swim-up bar, and plenty of sun-soaking layout space.

Reservations for our Bungalows are available for members only. Non-member reservation requests will not be accepted as we are a member-only venue at this time. The Bungalow reservation cost includes access to the venue for the member on the reservation as well as up to 14 of their guests. A member must accompany guests upon arrival on the day of the reservation, or the member may provide the admissions concierge with their Bungalow guest list when checking in.

Ready to shred? We can teach you!! Purchase a Surf Session online or at the admissions desk when you arrive. Riders must be members or accompanied by a member to ride the surf machine. Planning on riding frequently this summer? Grab a Punch Pass online and save big!

We are always down to relentlessly serve our locals! Upon request, we will consider your event inquiry but cannot guarantee all inquiries will be accepted due to the nature of being a seasonal venue. Private events must occur during non-operational hours. Please fill out this form or email Reservations@bearx.com to find out if your event is something we can take on!

You must be 18 years or older to enter the venue (ya know, because it's a bar) except for private events, surf machine rentals and private surf lessons. 

Members & guests MUST bring a government-issued photo ID. We recommend bringing money for that cold beverage, beach towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, and most importantly, Good Vibes! And yes, you can bring a cup/water bottle as long as it is empty upon arrival.

No coolers, food, firearms, knives, weapons, outside beverages, chairs, coolers, illicit or illegal drugs, folding chairs, personal floats, cleats, fireworks, large signs or banners, noise making devices, pets, large bags, or personal music speakers.

Covemandment #2 asks guests to leave some things to the imagination when dressing for The Cove. This guideline maintains the Good Vibes in the venue and ensures everyone is comfortable and feels welcome. Please watch our Covemandments video to help you decide on the best fit for your experience! We will leave it up to you and your judgment on the bathing suit. Feel free to bring a backup or extra shorts if you feel unsure.

We got you covered! You can bring your own lock to put on one of our free cubbies or purchase a lock in our Pro Shop to use with our lockers.

Sorry, my dude, there is no readmission into the venue once you leave the property. If you need to grab something from your car, one of our Vibe Protectors can escort you to your vehicle and back into the venue. This is to ensure the safety of yourself and our other members.
